Our Education Robot System offers a playful and hands-on introduction to the world of robotics. It’s a fully functional 6-axis articulated robot that can be programmed and operated like a real industrial robot.

A dedicated software plugin for OfficeLite, the virtual robot controller from KUKA®, enables direct access to professional robot programming. With OfficeLite, the robot can be operated and programmed just like a KUKA® robot.

When combined with KUKA.Sim, KUKA®’s simulation software, both offline and online programming become possible.

Alternatively, the robot can also be programmed using the SPIKE™ PRIME APP from LEGO®.

Use our KIT with around 950 parts to build your own robot and learn all about gears, kinematics, and the world of robot programming.

This robot is designed to closely resemble a real industrial robot. The motors are controlled via a built-in LEGO® SPIKE™ controller.

Parts

The Education Robot consists of approximately 950 building bricks. The set can be expanded at any time with additional components available separately to create exciting new tasks.

Building Instructions

The digital building instructions are provided via a website. Detailed steps guide you through the build – fun and learning guaranteed!

Software

The software includes an option package (KOP) for KUKA.WorkVisual and provides matching machine data and an app for KUKA® OfficeLite/OfficePC[2] V8.5, V8.6, and V8.7 (KRC4, KRC5). The app enables USB connection to the robot controller. Don’t worry – all setup and operating steps are clearly explained in the documentation.
